Shipping policy

 

We are excited to ship out your order. We aim to fulfill orders within 24 hours of your confirmation. 

 

When will my package arrive? 
Current processing time is 1-3 business days after order is received. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days from when we ship your order, depending on your chosen shipping method. 

 

I received a delivery notification, but my package wasn't delivered. What do I do?
Packages marked as delivered that aren't received typically arrive within 48 hours (most often later the same day). Please be aware that we are not responsible for packages that have been marked as delivered but that may have actually been stolen. Please reach out directly to the courier from your tracking notification email (UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc) for missing or stolen packages and contact us at funsizeceramics@gmail.com if it has been more than 48 hours since you received confirmation that your order was delivered, but did not receive the package.

 

I entered the wrong mailing address, what do I do? 
Please email funsizeceramics@gmail.com immediately once you discover the wrong address has been provided. We can only edit your shipping address before your package ships. Once your package has been shipped and is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments due to an incorrect address provided on your order at the time of purchase. If you need to have the order re-shipped, you will need to place a new order with the corrected address (pending stock availability).
